Return/Refund and Cancellation Policy

FROGGY provides a convenient 5 Days return and exchange policy starting from the date of delivery. After initiating the return, you have an additional 5 days for the product(s) to reach us. We also offer a reverse pick-up service for your convenience. Please note that a reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted per order at the time of refund. This deduction applies to the entire order, regardless of the number of items it contains. So, if your order includes multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not for each individual item.

Should the courier company be unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send the package back to the company’s address.

Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided

Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.

Kindly return toys and games in the same condition as they were delivered. If the toys include any batteries or accessories, ensure they are returned in the original box. Failure to do so may result in a denial of the refund. Your cooperation in maintaining the product’s original state is appreciated.

  • During a support call or through WhatsApp, please provide accurate Bank Details or UPI Details for a smooth payment processing. Ensuring the correctness of the information will facilitate the prompt processing of your payment. Your cooperation in providing accurate details is appreciated.
  • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
  • If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it’s not received by you, please contact us within 24 hours
  • The customer is hereby obligated to exercise the utmost care in handling the product(s) during their possession, inclusive of all accompanying instructions, documents, and packaging. The return of the product(s) necessitates their restoration to the original condition in which they were received.
  • Upon the return of the product, a comprehensive examination will be conducted. Subsequently, the customer will be informed of their eligibility for a refund through email within a reasonable timeframe. Our commitment is to expedite the refund process, aiming to complete it within 30 working days from the date of confirmation, as communicated to the customer via email.
